At MWR InfoSecurity we understand that our employees are the most valuable assets the company has, and therefore need an environment in which they are stimulated, nurtured and developed.
We employ some of the best consultants in the Industry, some of whom joined us as graduates, others who joined with years of prior industry experience. However, the common similarity shared by both groups is their passion, knowledge and attitude.
These consultants lead research and development with respect to security testing and risk consultancy, and regularly present at the leading industry conferences and events. This is supported by a research and development policy which allocates a set percentage of time to individual’s projects.
The end aim is to create an environment which pays off (in the long term) both for clients, and for staff. This is done by ensuring that the interests of our clients overlap with the interests of our staff, putting our security and risk services at the forefront of the industry.
